Using the proven Corotech system from Benjamin Moore, the Mallory Paint representative walked our team through every critical stage of applying garage floor epoxy:

We practiced using a heavy-duty degreaser to eliminate all oil and contaminants, followed by the Corotech V620 Concrete Etch. We learned the importance of applying the chips with a “heavy hand” to achieve the high-coverage, commercial-grade look that also adds texture and durability.
4. The Final Seal: Once the garage floor epoxy cured and the excess, unattached chips were scraped away, the final step was applying the clear Corotech topcoat.
