Home Restoration & Repair in Snohomish County and the Eastside

Restoring Safety, Protecting Your Home, Rebuilding Confidence

Damage Mitigation & Emergency Response

Storms and accidents can leave a home unsafe in minutes: a fallen tree, a broken window, a flooded basement, a damaged wall or roofline. Our team secures the property first, stops the damage from spreading, and takes steps to keep moisture and mold from taking hold. We serve homeowners in Mill Creek, Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland and across Snohomish County and the Eastside.

Overall, I was so impressed with the Tenhulzen business model. Communication was easy, and they used an app that kept us informed and logged all of the work that happened every day. We have been so happy with the quality of the work of our kitchen remodel, and we would definitely utilize Tenhulzen again.

Structural & Interior Repairs

From damaged roofing and siding to interior walls, flooring and plumbing, we repair what was hurt and make sure the work is durable and up to code. Where the structure took a hit, we assess it, reinforce it, and build it back stronger. And because we are a full whole-home remodeler, the repair can also be the moment to fix what never worked about the space.

Water Damage & Flood Restoration

A burst pipe or a flooded basement needs attention fast. We get the water out, dry the affected areas, and rebuild walls, floors and finishes to how they were, or better. Mold prevention and waterproofing are part of the job, not an add-on.

Weatherproofing & Preventative Solutions

Once the repair is done, we can help your home handle the next storm: better windows, stronger exterior details, and drainage that moves water away from the house instead of toward it.

Custom Repair & Specialty Solutions

Home Restoration with Precision & Craftsmanship

Restoring a home after damage takes a finish carpenter’s eye. We refinish woodwork, repair custom built-ins and trim, and match original details so the repair disappears. Our in-house painting team finishes the job, so walls, cabinets and trim look like nothing ever happened.

Home Health & Safety Enhancements

Safety comes first. Before we open walls, we check for hazards like mold, asbestos and lead paint, and we bring in licensed specialists for remediation when it is needed, so your family is protected while the work gets done.

Outdoor & Structural Reinforcements

From foundation issues to tired decks and patios, we repair and reinforce the outside of your home with weather-resistant materials built for Pacific Northwest winters. If the deck needs more than a repair, take a look at our custom outdoor living work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been so thankful for the guys at Tenhulzen - we had a water leak in our home when we were out of town. They graciously showed up the day we called (while we were still traveling) and began the cleanup and mitigation process. They worked with us to schedule the repairs conveniently for our family, and did a fabulous job. The damage was comprehensive - in the crawl space, in the bathroom, walls, flooring.... and their team handled it all. We are so happy with the results!

Thanks to Wes and Adolfo this was the excellent result.

We couldn't be more pleased with the painting and construction work completed on our remodel. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to quality.

One of the most impressive aspects was their adherence to the schedule—every phase of the project was completed right on time, with no unexpected delays. Their clear communication kept us informed throughout, ensuring we understood the progress, any challenges encountered, and the solutions implemented.

Safety was also a top priority. The team took great care to minimize dust and other construction hazards, maintaining a clean and secure environment for us throughout the process. Their attention to detail and high standards resulted in a beautifully finished remodel, exceeding our expectations.

We highly recommend this team to anyone seeking reliable, high-quality painting and construction services. Their dedication to craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used the Tenhulzen group for over a decade. Amazingly, they still employ some of the same people that worked on my project 13 years ago. That says a lot about a company that can attract and keep talented people in an industry that is know for high turnover. I recently used both the painting and construction teams again with very good results. If you are looking for a job that is just quick, dirty, and cheap then this is not your group. However, if you are looking for a quality job that is completed to your satisfaction with knowledgeable and competent crafts people, then I can highly recommend the Tenhulzen team of folks.
